A.C. coaches in the local train of Mumbai?

I was going through a news channel today where i learned that the railway minister has proposed to add A.C. coaches in the local trains of mumbai. after listening to this the first thought that crossed my mind that wont the public hang out of these A.C. coaches too? looking at the growing crowd i think they will have to do that. and if they do that i wonder how that A.C. will remain effective anymore!
Any comments?

if u heard that.. u should have also leart that.. all locals are goin to be 12 coaches from 9.. and 12 coaches trains will become 15 coaches.. also metro rails are coming and many more things are there.. like harbour line till Goregaon, etc..

well to start of with thinking of having ac coaches does bring this in mind how would they make it possible with so much of crowd, then it came to my mind that they will make it possible with making its ticket high on cost and using auto shuting doors and making sure to have a ticket checker in every block of ac apartment

lalu is gone mad and looking for miracle .
because there is no place to close the door also where
will be the question of AC.
if some how it will be there than till what time they
closes and opens door .
Then there will be automatic door for ac coach.
which i think is impossible what you say urvashi .

Great AC in local train of Mumbai ,, it will act as a metro ,, hope you had a pleasent ride in it with less hussle pussle,,, puff puff no uuff uuff

Great news!!! But with the kind of traffic we see in the local trains.. dont u feel we may get a little suffocated in these coaches?

this simply cant happen bcos the doors of mumbai locals will never close
