How to win the 30th stage of Doom-2(DOS Version)?

Hi computer game lovers. I have completed Doom-2 several years ago up to 29th stage. Can anyone please tell me how to complete the 30th stage.

Hit the hidden switch to active the column that goes up and down. Get on it when it's down, ride it to the top and fire rockets at the head. It takes about 16 shots.
...or cheat by typing IDDQD for god mode.
