Anyone a foster mom to animals?

I currently have 2 cats of my own. I am a foster mom to 3 other cats and 1 dog. A 5 year old cat, an 8 year old cat, and they think the other one is an 11 year old cat. They are not positive on the 11 year old cat. The dog is 2 years old. He is a golden retriever.

I've never been a foster mom to any animals, but I think it's a great idea. My beautician is a foster mom to an 11 yr old retriever who is almost blind...even after they had surgery done on his eyes. He picked her out at the pound when she went with a woman she works with who volunteers at the pound. She said she had no intention of fostering one, was just going to look at them. But you know how that goes. When they pick you out, what else can you do but take them home and love them???
