Here's a recipe that I've made a number of times, and is always a hit! Very easy cheesecake that requires no baking!Ingredients:
250g plain chocolate biscuit crumbs
125g butter, melted
100g toasted almond meal
4 x 250g cream cheese
1 cup caster ugar
1 tablespoon gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water
400g Toblerone swiss milk or dark chocolate, melted
500ml thickened cream
Garnish:
70g Toblerone milk or dark chocolate, for shaving
pure cream
Method:
Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and almonds, press into the base of a lightly greased 30cm springform pan. Chill in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add sugar, melted Toblerone chocolate and cream, continue beating until well combined.
Pour onto prepared crumb base and refrigerate 2-3 hours until set or overnight. Serve topped with Toblerone shavings and a dollup of pure cream. Enjoy!Serves 12.
Have fun, and spoil your friends and relatives!

No-Bake Toblerone Cheesecake
Here's a slightly different version — with peanut butter and no gelatin. (cooking time is fridge time)
by Swan Valley Tammi|
12 servings 3¾ hours 20 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
1 1/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2 (100 g) Toblerone chocolate bars, divided
1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip, divided (or other whipped topping)
Mix crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Chop 1 chocolate bar and stir into cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
Spoon over crust, and refrigerate 3 hours.
Microwave remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and chocolate bar on high for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended; cool slightly.
Pour glaze over cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Oooh, I really like the idea of the oreo base! That sounds so decadent! I shall have to give that a try!
As for the peanut butter, I would never have thought of that! THat's a great suggestion! I will make your recipe next time, and see how it turns out! Thank you!
