A Golden Retriever is a great pet for anyone with small children. They are mild mannered and for the most part very smart. They are easy to train and very affectionate. I would highly reccomend this dog to anyone looking for a great pet.

I have a Golden Retreiver and a Sheltie.I love them both but my Golden is the best dog.He is very mildley mannered and a gtreat indoor dog.He loves everyone.I did not want a mean dog at all and he is not. He loves to go in the truck,even if he don't get out. I would not trade him for anything.

I persistantly stand by the breed of labrador. They are freidnly, playful, genuine to their owners and they also can be protective when necessary. The only downfalls is that they shed and can be a bit hyper.

I have a golden retriever. He is beautiful. You can see him in my picture. All golden retrievers are supposed to have lovely temperments. I know mine has. They are also very obdiant and my one loves to play

I have two goldens, and I can't think of a better breed of dogs! I have a female that's about 9 years old, and then we bred her and got my male that's 5. They are so wonderful. We go Elsa from some place in the upper peninsula of Michigan - a place that only sells the best and purest golden retrievers. Get one!

I have a Beagle mix. he is a very friendly loving breed. The only problem is that Beagles love to HOWL often. It can be disturbing to neighbors as I've experienced 1st hand. HAHAHAHA. I don't suggest a Dane as a first pet as they can be as large as a small horse. But I loved them as I had the room & time for their care & needed exercise. I want to get another Dane but my wife didn't like the ones I had when we first met. So she doesn't really want one now. Enjoy the article. Happy postings from Grandpa Bob.

I share a pet. It is my friend's golden retreiver but for most of the week he lives at my house. So I have the pleasure of the long country walks. He's really beautiful and then at weekends he goes back to my friend. He loves having two homes.

I have 3 dogs.Golden retrievers,Labrador retrievers and Nepolitan mastiff.These three breeds are best i think so.Golden retriever is very polite.she is very talent.But Labrador is also very talent and friedly.So i think u can choose ur dog from these breeds
