thesis sucks!

i am an architecture student and i am now taking my undergraduate thesis entitled "senses center for dental and eent health services." my deliberations would be this coming friday and i haven't even done half of what i am supposed to do! waah!! procrastination, procrastination!! please do you have any advise regarding on how to avoid it? and what should i do now that i am now in this stage? how do i prepare for my deliberations? please i want your response before friday.. haay...

just take some seniors work and rearrange it and get rid of it if you are intrested in passing only. or else let me know your stages now in better ways so i can help you cause my friends having same topic here in india and there thesis is a month away . and really what you do outside as an architect is not what what you as student.
