Ayurvedic Medicine and Food, Please Give Some Information!

I understand that this sort of medicine is common especially in India but also in many other countries. Have you any experience of using it and has it helped you?

Yes,I'm originally form India and on many occasions have taken Ayurvedic medicines for various ailments. It is a very natural form of medication and its uses dates back to centuries. I have a cousin who is allergic to regular foreign medication-- we call it "allopathy" so he had to take only Ayurveda for all his ailments. One of my uncles had tried different forms of medication for his allergies, and only Ayurveda worked for him.

ya i can say you this really help you...slow and stady growth....you should need medicine again and again after taking complte cource of it
