I am a college student in senior 2,I met a pretty girl when i was in the labrary.Right now i know that she is major music and she is a freshwoman!What should i do?Can anyone help me?

I think you should tell, the feeling of your heart is very important, if you do, so you have 50% hopes, but if you don't do this , you have no hope.
So I suggest you to do this bravely.

Try to befriend the girl first. Get to know more. Try to evaluate if the other party is ready for the next level relationship. It maybe abrupt if you confess right away. Just slowly show gestures that tells she's special to you. You can tell by then if she will reciprocate or not.
