Coconut virgin oil

I have been using it for quite some time now and I'm the one making it. I just buy matured coconuts and have them grated and squeezed and place the coconut milk in a glass container cover it with cheese cloth or any but not the plastic or whatever cover of the glass container but it must always be cloth then let it stand overnight and there we could see the clear virgin coconut oil at the bottom. Remove what is at the top which may be used for the hair or skin too and the virgin coconut oil could be taken in in spoonfuls everyday. The effect has been good to me. And we would not worry about the quantity because actually it is food and if you like to take in some amount, it's up to you. We can use it liberally also on our skin and hair. I don't believe that we could get any bad effect from the coconut virgin oil as the coconut is edible and useful for many things. There are plenty in the Philippines.

Coconut virgin oil has become quite popular already which they refer to as the miracle medicine. Allegedly it can cure practically all the ailments. It's easy to prepare but there is now the bottled ones but quite expensive. The preparation is simple. But coconut milk and let it stand the whole night and there would be two layers. The lower layer is the virgin oil which may be used for external application as well as drinking a tablespoonful a day or whatever you want to. It's allegedly good for the hair, skin, health and it can cure even cancer. I don't think it's poison. It's fragrant. So it's safe to use. My friend drank it, used it for her hair and skin, and there's a great improvement.

it has a lot of uses,and now they have a lot of flavors to choose from.i have seen it in a gel capsule form and even have for kids.there is also a massage oil for aromatherapy and some just drink it to maintain being healthy and to someohow help cure ailments.what we do is buy the corn flavor,put it on top of a vanilla ice cream so that kids would love it and won't notice the difference.*wink*
