Lose Weight

i want to... i just don't know how. or rather, i don't have the willpower. i'm not fat at all, but i am a woman so i will always have problems with my weight as far as i am concerned. i've tried diet pills with exercise, but it seems to mess bad on the heart. any other suggestions?

you need to find a diet thet suits you, try reducing your calories and increasing the number of time you eat. Make sure you eat 6 small meals a day all low fat and mostly fruits and veggies. Stay away from meat, you can get your protien other ways. You may also want to try slim fast or the new dexatrim pills that you put in water. Both will encourage you to drink more fuilds and keep you from eating alot of meals. If you think you are sleeping too much, you may have a hormone issue and you should see your doctor.

wow that is ALOT of sleep. I work from 8am - 1pm, take online classes, have a ton of things to get done every day. I got to bed somewhere between Midnight and 2am and get up for 7:15am during the week. I do sleep late on the weekend though. Have you tried setting yourself up a routine? Maybe you are not getting enough activity during the day?

o. hormone? really?? geeze. yeh i may-- i sleep 10 hours. and sleeping pills don't work for me as far as gettin me to sleep. see, i work at 2pm to 10pm. so i stay up late cause i can't sleep but then i sleep all day. so i got to be like around 2am and get up at 12:45 pm each day so it could also very well be the time, right? i do feel like a lazy azz, but every time i honestly try to get up, i am sooooooo tired. extremely for real!

hey-- have you tried one of those pills? not that i'm lookin for a fast solution-- just like a help one; those are supposed to boost energy, no?

i hateeeeeeeee water. loathe it. it truly makes me gag if i drink more than 6 oz. seriously. can i not substitute gatorade for water?? i always hear to drink water, but don't understand why-- ya just pee it out like 30 minutes later. :\ anything but water pleaseeeeeee. and lately my activity level is so low. I sleep like 10 hours and am STILL tired. Any ideas on how to stop this. I feel lazy and hate feeling lazy. hate it.

no gatorade unless you are strong in sports, you have to sweat a lot, i mean a lot...try to add cristal clear, in the market you will find waters with flavors, i drink it, i like it, its important to drink lot of water

and for sleeping , at more hrs of sleep more tire you will be, you have to obligate your self.you have to love you, how you like to see you in 1 yrs or so? i was doing the same.,lack of energy, sleeping after my kids go to school,///i was unhappy, not job and getting bore plus fat..I want more for my self (im will be 43 this xmas) i dont want to be huge,.. i start reading about fitness, prevention magazine (its a go start) lookin in the webs for more information...i start walking 10mins in home, and right now im doing 30mins dvd's workout taebo and steps and lifting some dumbbels. look at the web i post before...start doing something for you...ONLY FOR YOU, YOU WILL DO IT

waters key it pushes toxins out of your body helps get rid of swelling that u may think is extra weight and recently helped me to drop six pounds just from water withlight excercise im not fat jsut could use to lose a few pounds and feel healthy..

I have found that cutting down or completely ridding your diet of soda's helps a lot. On top of that, replace your sweet junk foods with fruits that you like. I like grapes and bananas so when I crave a sweet I have that instead. I also watch how much food I eat in a meal and try to have light meals for breakfast and lunch and a sensable dinner. I have lost twelve pounds in two and a half weeks doing this and exercising.

o good idea. that's the thing-- i don't drink sodas at all, but i love gatorade. methinks it's just as bad based on the posts so far, lol. but i am also tryin to figure out what exercise is effective; I don't need to tone anything; just cut some pounds, ya know?

Ah, then you should try high impact stuff, it will get the blood flowing and the calories will melt off.

yeh--that's what i want-- calories to melt. my routine right now is get up, go to work, come home, watch the tele and play on the net or hang around the house. then go to bed to repeat the process. i have a bike, but dang that old saying that it's just like riding a bike makes no sense to me cause i can't even begin to get myself pumpin on the thing. i feel slower than if i were to actually walk!

easy way to lose weight.... daily swim one hour. drink 1ltr of water with empty stomach. avoid fries,roasts,veg burgers,bakery items(except bun and bread).take lite supper daily.

have warm water in the morning, do little bit of jogging along with some skipping and have a walk after dinner..

Even doing less can help - like parking far away from the stor eso you have to walk or taking the stairs instead of th eelevator.
