What is the ideal hours to sleep for the healthy person?

It varies with each person and how busy each person truly is. Physical labor will require you to sleep a bit more. Ideally it would be about 7 on average. Enough to recharge and let the body rebuild. For balance and health to be at thier best.

I think 8 hours is the most popular, but some people need more hours. I have sleeping problems so i would be happy with 6 hours 3 or 4 nights a week. Take care Itpapd.

six to eight hours of sleep should be good enough for a normal person.

I think it is about 7-9 hours.and what's more u'd better sleep at 10.(though it is sometimes impossible)It is said that 10 pm to 2 pm is the most beneficial hours for sleep.In other words,if u sleep at 2pm and wakes up at 10 am,it is not as good as sleep at 10pm and wakes up at 6 am~~
