Well if you are sure there are no problems then all you can really do is just keep trying. You could also just do a little research through books or internet articles on ways to improve the chances of getting pregnant. If it turns out that there is something that will prevent you from having a baby, then if possible work around it and if not then you should just find an upside to spending the rest of your life only you and the wife you love
