I have to do a five minute report on the saftey of seatbelts. Any advice?

I'm giving out statistics (e.g., 72% of the people in Ohio had accidents... well not wearing seatbelts), but I'm not sure what else to say. Keep in mind, I'm supposed to put reasons "how it is benifical to your health," not why it's good for you! Any advice is greatly THANKED! (I am 16 and in the 11th grade, if you NEED to know.)
