Ewan McGregor is a good actor,who has played in a lot of movies, I think my favorite Ewan McGregor movie would have to be Star Wars because he really rocked in the role of Obi Wan and I dont think anyone could have done a better job.

I thought he was great as Obi-Wan. But I saw him first in Trainspotting so I have a certain affection for that movie.

I have never seen or heard of the movie trainspotting what is it about? who else plays in it? And when was it made?

Well, aside from the obvious of Star Wars, I'd have to go with The Island or Stay. The Island I'm likely a little biased on, just because I loved the entire concept of the movie, but Stay was a completely original piece for him, and out of his usual genre, and he pulled it off really well. He's also showing up in Number 13 with Jim Carrey ... looking forward to that, too.

I loved Trainspotting and A Life Less Ordinary. Those are my favorite Ewan McGregor movies, I think. I just saw him in Cassandra's Dream and he was phenomenal. Very good film.
