You can do alot! There are tons of lenders out there willing to take on what is called a "high risk" loan. The problem most people have is finding these lenders. Thats where I would come in. I am a loan officer for a mortgage lender/broker. What that means is if the company I work for can't find you a loan then we have access to over 300 other lenders. i'm from romania and in romania is not easy to take a home.it's verry hard if you dont have money.you cant help me because you are from usa

Hello dear, If you dont have money then u have to wait till you earn that much to afford it. So now that has become your target to achieve. So concentrate on your target and try to increase your earnings by all means and then you can go steady in achieving your goal. It is good to have high goals in life no matter you have money or not so that it thrives and makes you to achieve it. All the Best!
