there is nothing like paypal account number, actually the e-mail though which you have registered on paypal and through which you login into your paypal a.c is your paypal e-mail id, if someone wants to send you money, you have to give this paypal e-mail id to him so that he can send you money, like in mylot, you have to fill in your paypal e-mail to get a cashout. i hope i cleared ur doubt, if something is not clear, feel free to ask.
