I am a Nigerian lady , i graduated 6 years ago from one of our universities here in my country. I have a B achelors degree in Business Administration with a post graduate diploma in computer science. I have tried so hard to get a good job. I want to jnow if the unemployment rate in your country is like the one in my country.
Do u think if i relocate elsewhere it will be better?

Unempployment is a global issue. I am a Nigerian and work in Nigeria. So I really feel you! But you know these days acquiring new skills in computer and others really pay. Better still, you can create a job for yourself no matter how small it might be. Good luck.

Hello love, unemployment is everywhere. Relocation does not matter so much as your location. Still feel within the country you can still find something - perhaps, if your agree to start small, gain the requisite experience to land you the bigger job.

There is unemployment everywhere. In my country there are plenty of people with good degrees in business admin working in Mcdonalds and Tescos.

Annoying as it may seem, but I think most parts of the underdeveloped and developing world have the same problem. Unemployment is very rampant and expatriates have a better opportunity in getting the job. Mind you, I got the same experience before. By the way, I am now working in Nigeria, and most of the part, I enjoyed working here. The way I see it, most of the jobs available in Nigeria is mostly in the field of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Telecoms, Instrumentation and Computer), and most probably, not many woman will take Engineering here. I met a handful of Engineers, but most women in Nigeria prefer to be just an ordinary housewife. And I think your Government is not ready for such rapid development. Ciao!
