Is there any Refco victims here?

Refco, the largest future broker in the world, collapsed in Oct. 2005. I was a client of this company. The claim for withdrawing deposit there lasts more than one year. Now I got back about 60% of the deposit. But the process is rather painful. I wanna know anyone here also has similar experience as me? I think financial authority department should supervise brokers more seriously.
