What is your Favorite FILIPINO FOODS?

What I love the most from Filipino foods are: adobo - the blend of spy sauce with a little bit of sweetness is superb bicol express - though I've never been to the bicol provinces, but, I love how spicy it was. Warn you though, not everyone is gifted to cook this food. Some may taste awful. spaghetti the Filipino way - Italian spaghetti is ok. But, Filipino way of cooking is really good. I just can't get enough of it. :D

Yes, I like chicken pork adobo too. But my favorite is roated chicken with the sauce or just plain soy sauce with green pepper. Filipinos are fond of eating and so many of our dishes are well-known.

i luv lechon.. but i also luv chicken and pork adobo.. i even like banana que and chicken estofado.. :)

hmmmm... i hope this is filipino or else i'll sound really stupid... but i absolutely LOVE Loompia and Panset? I'm not sure about the spelling but those are delicious!

I am filipina as well and even came from same city as you are and missing bacolod a lot now. But anyway, my favorite filipino food would be lechon(god knows how much i crave for this)and the chicken barbeque(inasal)yummy!,then my hubbys favorite are mung beans(monggo)and adobo, he even recognise the smell of it as soon as he get enter the house from work. He's loving the filipino dishes really.

My fave Filipino Foods are: Kare-kare, pancit bihon, puto, adobo, sinigang, halaya, halo-halo, ginataang langka, laing. I miss the Philippines so much.

My favorite is adobo! I also love halo-halo especially during summer and Filipino street foods like kwek-kwek and isaw.

My wife makes a mean caldereta and i love it. I also like karekare with bagoong.. Hmmmm...just thinking about it makes me hungry. I also like mirienda dishes/snacks like banana/kamote Q and turon, ginatan is also a favorite.. Hmmm... really yummy

I love chicken pork adobo too! But sad to say, I'm restricted to eating that delectable adobo once a month only since I've developed a certain heart disease.

Definitely CPA is the very best filipino food we have, easy to prepare and very delicious. I love to cook, and I also entertain many different ways of preparing foods. Caldereta is one of my best favorite recipe also, I cook them tender and also dry -with no sauce for a change. I also love cooking sinigang -fish, beef, pork- with an exact sour taste and with vegetables cooked just right for them not to be soggy and lump. NIlaga and bulalo are also one of my favorites, I use some special chinese herbs on it to make it more aromatic and flavorful..

Oopss, sorry. I don't know how to cook so I couldn't be able to share with you some recipes. lol :) Nonetheless, my favorite filipino food is chicken and pork adobo too! I also eat a lot of sinigang. Maybe it be sinigang manok or baboy. And of course, my day won't be complete without eating rice around. :)
