how we can do excercise without a partner

Having a friend to workout with is a great way to stay motivated, but if you don't have one try finding some really upbeat and fun/energizing music to listen too while you're working out. Make it a goal to get through a series of songs. Or, you could work out in front of a movie you like or the evening news I suppose. Sometimes I get lost in a program and forget I'm on my eliptical.
For the sake of just getting motivated to start the daily routine though? I'd really recommend getting a workout partner.
