Gauging

Do you gauge out your piercings? What gauge(s) do you wear? I have two 6ga holes in each earlobe. I'd like to gauge the bottom hole out to a 00.

I've never gauged any of my piercings. Right now the only piercing that I even keep any jewlrey in is my nipple rings and I don't think that you can gauge nipple rings (even if you could, I won't be the one to try it.
