Yes, if it was someone I knew. I do not think I would tell a total stranger. It also would depend on how much underwear, and what kind of underwear. I am pretty blunt, though, and I have actually done this to people I only slightly know.

Usually not, I think that they can feel it. Now if it were nasty looking--I'd alert them to it.

If i have the chance to tell them, i will. Because what if i will be on their place and no one will tell and everybody's watching is laughing at you. Its not good to be the center of everybody.

If it were a family member, I would! If I were in public and I saw a woman with her dress caught in her panties I might discreetly let her know. Not a teenager, the way they dress nowadays you never know, they might be wearing it that way on purpose!

Yes, but I will not tell it directly. I will be discreet about it so as not to embarrass the person. I will just somehow signal to bring to the person's attention that his/her underwear is showing.

Depends on who it is. One of my stepkids, I'd tell them and make fun of them for it. A stranger, no, I'd just ignore. Most adults I know don't have that problem, unless it's a woman trying to show off her thong, in which case she's well aware that it's showing.

Depends HOW it was showing- if it was because they bend down and their thong was showing I would presume its meant to be like that same with some men and their boxer shorts but if it looked purly accidental (like their bottom half of their underwear was showing) I would probably tell them as I would want someone to tell me if I was walking around like that!
