Animals are the only creatures that, if you know how to cherish them, shows you the purest and most faithful love. There never intentionally wrong and when they do not have as much to stay angry. I mean the cat does not matter so much overturned glass of juice or quadruped unfolded over your fluffy books you carry things in the house. It's enough that you watch with eyes big and moist and a little tail and give you any grief passes. At least it is for me.
I'm annoyed people hitting Pets on the street or even their own animals. If you educate soul meant that small and expensive as you will not be big problems (for you, so that the shoes will always have to solve a conflict). Why do we need to fight until you kill him? Want to show them that you are stronger than him? Already knows, so it seems silly.
I do not understand those who say no, just love animals and their yard, and the other not. Either you love them all, or at all, it works like this. What if you get the dog for a walk and start to kick you in any dog that tries to approach him? Well it's fair? So you manifest love for animals?
Well, I have always loved all Pets and they feel it. I'm not afraid of dogs on the street, however big they may be. If they show the smallest sign of compassion and not rush to take a stone and hit them you do not do any thing.
So, open your heart to a pet and let his love invade your mind and body. For me this is something special, makes me feel much better company dogs and cats. As proof, I have five dogs and four cats.

I have a dog, a cat, a leopard gecko, two fish, a baby and a husband. Okkk so the last two are a joke but I have my hands full! I love animals though. I want a turtle but we need to get the tank ready first.

i have cats and dog. I learned to be responsible and loving because of them, because by taking care of them you become loving and understandable. I don't know what will happen to me if they are not with me. I became a very kind person because of my pet.

Certainly a pet offers us something to involve with, care about, feel responsible for, beyond just ourselves. Depending on how one defines LOVE of course we can have levels of LOVE shared between us and our pets.
For an older person they may be the prefect companion. For the young they are a "learning tool" as much as anything else.
I was born and raised on a farm, by my grandparents. I was informed that I shouldn't get too "attached" to the livestock, for reasons I learned to be obvious.
I've shared my life since with all manner of animals, from Monkeys, to Gecos, and many inbetween.
Currently my HERD cosnists of natural enemies. I have a Wolf/Chow, a Lory, a 26 toed Chocolate Siamese, and an albino corn snake, all female, all have to co-habitate, and do.

I adore pets!
I currently have two dogs: A female Whippet that's 3 years old and a chocolate Labrador male that is 4 months. I have one cat, he's white. In addition to the dogs and cat, I have 13 male rats. They are separated in cages... One group of 7, one group of 5 and one single rat gets a cage to himself.
Add them all up, and I have 16 animals. Seems like a lot, number wise! But it's a lot of fun.
