Though when he was given the charge of Railway everybody had doubt about the smothness of the Ministry.But Lalu with his magic not only made it a profit making PSU but has proved his predicessors ineficiant.In the last budget he had promissed some and had kept it. In this years Railway budget also he has some gimics. In my openion though there is price rise in all sector after the people voted in favour of Congress to form UPA government the only sector where we find reduction in price is Railway.
