School Fundraising

I am looking for suggestions for ways to raise money for a primary school. We have done all the ususal things like jumble sales, carnivals, and book fairs. We have expanded beyond to Wine Tastings, International Food Fair, and in years past have even done Christmas Cards and put out a book of works by local writers. We need one last 'big' fund raiser before the school year ends and are looking for something that requires minimum output (financial and work) for maximum income. Do you have any novel ideas (I suggested a car wash but because of health and safety the idea was nixed).
