ok.nowadays rape case increases.this i think is due to the provocative dressing the girls are wearing now.the skirt and shorter,the shirt are lower and the thongs are showing everywhere..

There is no excuse for rape. Rape is an act of violence and assault, and no matter how someone is dressed, there is no reason why any man has the right to attack a woman.

but sir,if let say,u see this girl,she dresses provocatively,she acts provocatively and you are all alone with her,will you decide to do the act on her?

Nowadays people are saying if a women wears clothes like that then they can't do anything bout the man its like there saying they brought it on them selfs (the women ) but i think that is disgusting, a person in right mind would not do such a thing so yes i blame men not what women wear
