Lasagna!!

Any tried and true recipes out there? My husband's birthday is tomorrow...well, sort of. He's a leap year day baby, so he really doesn't get a birthday this year, but we're celebrating tomorrow. But, I digress... He's requested lasagna for his special birthday dinner. I've always just gone with the recipe that is on the box of noodles, but I wanted to know if there were any special recipes out there that were out of this world. He's a little down this year about his birthday, so I'm trying to make it as special as possible! Thanks!
