Have you ever seen a movie that you thought was simply terrific, but it never seem to have received the recognition that you thought it should have, if so name one or two for that matter. I seen this movie
on dvd not too long ago called 'V for Vendetta'. Great movie, lots of
action, sort of offbeat romance, a hero with a mission, I really thought it was great, but I don't think it was that successful, what
about you?

I love the film "She'll Be wearing Pink Pyjamas" with Julie Walters. Its about a group of middle age women on an outwards bounds trip to find themselves. It is a great womens film and quite moving. I haven't seen it for years!!
Also "Thursday", this is a brilliant film about a bloke who gets out of crime and changes his life only to be dragged back in. Mickey Rourke is in it as a villan, but I cannot remember the name of the leading man, who by the way is very handsome!!!
Finally "The Darkest Light". This is a very moving British film about a girl and her family and a relationship she has with another girl. Tissues at the ready!!

Well for me I guess "My Cousin Vinny "stands in a good stead. This movie had everything,Sensational Storyline,Amazing Script, And to top it all mind boggling performances 4m the cast especially 4m Joe Pesci in the lead role. An unbelievable laugh riot with most witty court scenes. This movie was awarded a lot of awards including an academy award. A must see 4 all .

I think a comedy film titled, 'Rat race' was also good. It was an all-star cast, from Rowan Atkinson(Mr. Bean), Whoopi Goldberg(Sister Act), Cuba gooding, Jr.(Radio), Seth Green(Austin Powers), up to John Cleese(Shrek).
I really do think that the film could've been one of the best ever made, but I think it was much overlooked by people. The castings were great, also the story. But I think the timing when it was shown was not good, the people that watched were not that much as expected..
