i prefer to listen to fast track rep music. i enjoy the beats when i drive. it keeps me active and fast. i think it is a very good way of keeping awake while driving on long roads which dont have any turns.....your husband is right

Well, I used to listen to my music, usually classic rock, sometimes classical music. But with 2 little ones in the car, I now listen to kiddie music. Yes, my kids have taken over the car radio!! Once in a while I will listen to ABC TV radio, shows like Regis & Kelly and The View.

it depends a little on the situation. If we are driving late at night we tend to listen to something more up beat so the driver will stay awake. We often do quite long drives, about 7 hours. we have started listening to audiobooks. We find that some of the old classic books are much easier to understand when read aloud by someone else.

I like to listen to upbeat dance music that gets me in a good mood. And hopefully keep me awake also. But I can't have it up too loud because I have two children in the care with me.
