Is Sutherland a good place to work in?

I was also recently employed at Sutherland, I was wondering the same thing. It is new to the city not many people are going to know about the reputation, If I'm correct I think they have client relationships with Dell, Hp, and just recently AT&T, romour has it that they also have very strict policies and everything is monitored. I also know if you can get to help desk level 2 there you can make alot more money. Training is to start soon and it is 3 weeks long 3pm-12am..WOW.. Can't imagine what thats going to be like for that long. Its a job though and its a new learning experience for me. I hope everything works out for me and your friend. Does your friend have experience in customer service or technical support?
