Countries = languages. No countries - languages mix, culture mixes, everything gets boring. Borders are what keeps everything from mixing, but as we can see even that doesnt help in the end.

that is impossible, what ever is done by a set of people becomes a culture. no matter what ehat group do..

it would be a mess as it will be very difficult to manage the population and keep track of all the activities

so mean to say anything which is big in size makes the thing difficult to manage... I know it is very difficult but no harm in imagining
