This is a site I've used over the time ehere online to find free stuff from other people or to get rid of stuff for free. It's a great way to get rid of old itmes that you normally would have to pay to have recycled. Post an item then wait for replies. You'd be amazed at how many people actually will take junk from you. Also amazing the things you can find. My daughter achieved 2 Ferrets from this site. It's all over the world in selected Cities & countries. So it's available for a lot of people. Have fun with it I do. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/about/cities.html

Thanks for the link, I found a page there from my country too, seems to be really international.
There is sooo much on the net we never can find but hopefully we can pick up one or two good sites there like this one.

I will agree this site is great and its more then just that. You can find a job. Chat with people. It is a great website. The best section is the pets. I love to adopt stray animals.

You don't have to GIVE them away. try selling for a decent cheap price on craigslist. I swear you'll love the site once you start using it. I had 3 old monitors 2 puters & 2 printers that I finally got rid of on the site. It costs a fortune to recycle these items. Anyhow happy postings.

Craigslist is a wonderful site! I love reading the local-to-me section. The free section is definitally awesome! I need to get rid of a lot of junk, but someone might be able to use it.

I have used Craigslist for a couple years. I have sold a car and a motorcycle on it, as well as several smaller things. it is great because it is free, and local.

I love craigslist too! We were in need of firewood this past winter, we had to drive a little ways to get it, but it was worth it. We made two trips to the same place, we got a ton of huge tree trunks, my husband was cutting it for days. It not only helped us out but the people got their yard cleared out for free also. I haven't used it yet to get rid of my stuff, I should our garage is a mess, maybe later this spring; and it's not only for free stuff, you can also use the site to buy and sell things.
