My son asked me to buy handset for him but I am contempleting whether it is right to buy one for him now. At what age is right to allow a child to start using handset?

the mobile is good forwhen theyoung leaves and we need warns you that it's timeto return to track... or for his own safety.
But we need to explain the value that the money he has to spend not for nothing.
