Rating a + or a -

Do you rate your friends discussions with a plus or a minus. I rate every discussion I answer with a + if it makes sense and is linked with the topic asked and a - for the ones which write something which cannot be understood. I think every one should rate the discussions if you even read them. That is what I am doing now. I am reading all the articles and rate them even if I do not have time to reply.

I rate all who reply to my discussions according to the guidelines. A "+" for staying on topic, "-" for things that make no sense or just a few words, as most of my discussions as for participation. I report "!" those that leave their link and nothing else to a discussion, these are later removed from discussions by mylot.
When going into a discussion that interests me I always rate the discussion and then I rate the responses the same way as above. I don't always leave a response as sometimes everything that I was going to say has already been said, if I can't say something new then no use saying what the other 25 people said. Just my opinion. :)
