What are you making for dinner tonight?

I am making butter chicken with rice for the kids and i and making hubby mongolian chicken with rice..

I plan on making baked pork chops, cook them in a glass pan with garlic onion and a bit of pepper. with about...1/4c-1/3c water in the bottom( to keep the pork moist) i then cover with tin foil and cook it for about an hour or so. Ill eather make mashed or fried potatos to go with it, MMM good easy meal!

I am making stuffed pork chops and chilli. Homemade corn bread and a apple pie for desert.

Tonight I'm having some hamburger helper. Takes about 15 min to make and remains one of the best meals i've ever had
