what would you say is the best filling for a cookie?

I don't really know too many cookies that have filling in them, unless you are taking about the gourmet cookies that have the two cookies and normally have raspberry or apricot in the middle. If so then I love the apricot. Other than that (besides Oreo) None come to mind and in a case like this I would always go with CHOCOLATE!!!! Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. I don't think anyone can go wrong there! Best...

Hi, bannyman. Only cream and vanilla fillings are yummy! Anything that is cream filled with marshmallows are tasty too!

I like peanut butter in cookies, or any type of nut come to that. They're even nicer if mixed with a fruit or chocolate, so I guess there's not much of a limit to the cookie fillings I like. :-) Do you think I'm the original Cookie Monster, from Sesame Street? lol. This is NOT a fair question! So many choices, so little time...how to choose...oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, peanut butter and chocolate chip....so many choices...not a fair question at all!

I love making homemade chocolate chip cookies and then making a sandwich by putting whipped cream between two cookies. It's so good when the cookies are still warm and the chocolate chips are still melted! The cool whipped cream makes a nice contrast, and then when the warm cookies start to melt it, it's just so yummy!! :)
