Would you like to be a celebrity?

If you had the choice of keeping the same lifestyle you have now or becoming a celebrity (knowing the media baggage goes hand in hand with celebrity status) which would you choose?
I would keep the lifestyle I have now - no amount of money is worth the public and media scrutiny that comes with being famous. For instance look at the fallen Britney Spears..

i used to be a band singer and maybe i not popular but ive been in the limelight. well if money wise it is nice to be a celebrity ( i have four kids thats why ) money is easy, but the media is not a cool baggage to carry.
