Usually the Golden rule is: it takes money to make money! There are a few exceptions to the rule, but don't get too high expectations... like Mylot is only making you pennies, no real income.
And then again, there are sites you pay a few dollars to get in and earn nicely and sites you pay like 40 or 50 dollars and they have a monthly fee as well. Define for yourself what you're good at and than make a plan. Also define for yourself how much money you are willing to spend...

Here's what I use... and they take no money to use them:
Constant Content

Write articles, tutorials, reviews and blog postings. You set the prices, they find you the buyers! I'm up to $575 from there so far, and they've always paid without a problem. International members are welcome to join this site.
Netwinner

This is a simple lotto game that you can play as often as you like, and wish cash and gift certificates from. The more you play the more you win. Last weeks top winner got $70 worth of gift certificates. Only US and Canada members are allowed at this site for the time being though.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me and I'll do my best to help you out. Best of luck with your online money making!
