Has anyone made any profits from Adsense?

I've had Adsense on one of my blogs for a year, and I have the grand total of 91 cents. That's ridiculous. I find that nobody clicks on the ads and that's where the pay comes in. I seem to have the visitors, but no clicks. I leave it on there as I don't have to do anything, but I feel that it's a total waste of setting it up in the first place. Possibly I'm doing something wrong, but I sure could use some help in doing something different, if that's what it takes.
