according to you personally what is happiness? does it come from work, hobbies, love, children, money, what is it?

Happiness comes from all of the above. Family is a big part of what makes me happy, my daughter especially. My job is also very important to my happiness factor. If either my job or my family is not going well then I tend to get into a funk.

I think happiness can come from God or from within yourself. Some people are naturally happy. But, others can be happy if they set their mind to it, pray, and overcome their nature.

Happiness is leading the life that I wanted. If I want to work 4hrs a day and I am doing that - then I am happy. If I want to surf the internet 2hrs a day and I am doing that - then I am happy. If I want to have 3 children and I have 3 children - then I am happy. I am happy if I am at peace with myself. Find out what we really want to do, have th e courage to go and do it well. Then most of us will be happy. The real challenge is to find out WHAT we really want.
