What is the best way to eliminate POVERTY???

I'm from the philippines. A 3rd world country... Some say that it is the Government System must be replaced specially here in our country... Some say that government officials are the one's that should be replaced... For you, what is your comment or opinion?

I think it may help if some of the multimillionares and multibillionares could kick in a few mill for those who are impoverished for a start. Teaching others how to earn a living as they did would be helpful as well.

I think we should replace some of our goverment official.. those who are corrupt.. Especially some of our congressmen.. They are the one's who makes the law..but usually they are the one who breaks the law
