Your time

Do you realize that if you sleep 8 hours per day, thats mean if you at age 60 you have spend 20 years just to sleep. What a looooong time. We need to rest and sleep well. But I think you have to manage your time with the best effort.
I know that my prophet Muhammad and his best friends is always sleep at noon for a while (15 minutes is enought), too wake up at the night and get the benefits. People who take a naps regularly will ahave a better health so better productivity.
Althought he sleep at noon, but in the night he sleep for a while then wake up in the midnight, doing religious activity. You see, he is sleeping a little and he just got sick twice in his entire life.
Thats a great way to have health and get more time to do things.

Hmmm im not sure but i did hear that people who do naps in a day no matter how many sleep they had in the night, feels better than those who dont. Im just not sure whether this are the kind like 15minute nap or so. I never like just 15minutes coz i feel this isnt enough. prefer an hour or two lol

Thats mean you arent sleep well. I thought you have a unpleasant feeling among your body too after you wake up.
Sleep well give you fresh feeling after you wake up, its recharge your energy. Not a pain or bad feeling.
I have feeling it so many times. And truly, ive enjoy it so much.

You mean it is actually GOOD that I get little or no sleep?
Cool! I can tell the mom & the hubs to stop their infernal worrying and let me tend to business, homework, housework, errands, etc...there's not enough time for sleeping, lol.

We are need to sleep, but we are supposed to be sleep enought not eversleep. Remember, what we need is a real sleep, not just closing your eyes but your mind arent thats why some people get headache and not feeling well in the morning.
Nice sleep promote your imune system, sleep is used to recharge your energy. But if you sleep all the night long, your body is like a cell phone battery. Its getting weak after and after becouse overcharge.
What i can get from the story above is that we can get many time to do lot of things just by reducing our sleep time. Manage your sleep time. Sleep in the right time and the right proportion and then you get a better health.
Not by using pills. Its well proven.
Believe me or not, people who suggest longer sleep time for your health is getting sick more than twice for their entire life. So, which one do you prever? The proven one or the unproven one?
Me? I choose the proven one.
