First thing you do after getting up in the morning

I first go to study room and study for 3 hours after getting up in the morning. If I will not study in the morning I will not feel good that day. What do you do after getting up first in the morning?

the first thing that i do is clean my room and go to the kitchen make some gurgle and then eat my breakfast right now i have an egg and a tocino with milk as my brekfast today.then clean the house and cuddling with my 3 dogs im really happy when im with them.
