dearest healwell, \reiki ,definitely has benefited people otherwise there would not be so many Reiki Masters and five-fold number of reiki-channels all over Europe ,Asia etc. Reiki is reiki and sonography is its own importance. Can your mind substitute one system for the other. Example= Do you find Ayurveda therapy more better than Yoga-Therapy or Allopathy or Aromatherapy, or Siddha-medicine.!!!!! Sonography can minutely scan the physical body of a patient and record the changes live through a computer interface,whilst a reiki-channel is not linked-up with a computer-mainframe-network to let or give tele-medicine accurately. However, let me tell you , that there are few Second-Degree usui reiki channels /healers ; who have the gift of clairvoyance that adds-up to the reiki therapy that they give. We cannot on the out-set deny effectivity of Reiki , as it is the biggest boon to modern civilization and is complementary in nature to whatever system or therapy that you are using or utilising now for your treatment.
