difference between love and infatuation

Love is the sweetest affection dictated by the heart while infatuation is more on admiration. Love ofter mislead by infatuation. When you love, you are ready to fight for it and you are willing to risk your life just to get it while admiration or infatuation is a short term for you appreciate her because she is like that or maybe you like her style and no love feeling at all.

If u love someone because u think he or she is really gorgeous ,then its not love...its Infatuation but if u understand d feelings of a person,u feel d pain of other person more than herself,u cry 4 her....then its love

I think you'll get as many opinions as there are people. Ultimately I think that infatuation is a shallower emotion and more based on physical qualities than anything else. I also think that real love can develop from an infatuation under the right circumstances. Love is a much longer lasting and stronger emotion, we love others for things that make them unique, both good qualities and bad, whereas an infatuation normally ceases when when find something we see as bad or undesirable in the person we are infatuated with.
