How much can you withstand a company where you work the boss never give you the chance to say whatever is on your mind and never even bother to call you to see how things are goin? and would just call just to say how he felt for a non-sense and innocent mistakes. That you were already trying to resign yet you still need to wait for a month or so for them to be able to find a replacement.. the f@!# with them.. they only do just for formality's sake.
