Why we are having a brain drain in our country?

Brain Drain,,, a country faces when if fails to provided the bvasic amenities of life to its citizens. SO is it worthwhile for the countries or is it the present era's doctrine?

there are too many opportunities abroad, pastures are greener there. the lured material wealth, survival, of a better future contributes to the brain drain, in my opinion.
