Work adicted???

I am not sure of what you are saying but most people these days have to be a work addict. My husband has worked 75 hours a week with one day off sunday.Last year he worked 6 days a week,74 hours average in overtime for two weeks.so that is 80 regular hours 37 1/2 hours a week in overtime. He did this every week for one year and two months.no vacation at all.

If you mean by going back to work after being off work for 2 days then that is no big deal. If you are spending all your time at work then I say you need to be more balanced in your life. If you have family then certainly you need not work so much. Wish you were more clear then I could more accurately address your question.
