What's your point of view to E-Commerce...

Recently, i had bought laptop through internet. It is my first e-commerce transaction after practise e-banking several time. Before this, i'm unsure with e-commerce. DELL customer service convince me with the transaction. My e-commerce transaction using credit card payment method. Once my credit card had been change, my bank customer service call me to verify the transaction. This convince me the security of the transaction. Then i got my laptop in several days after i made the payment. :-)) I belief, Malaysian had practise e-banking, but what about e-commerce? All Mylotter also are welcome for feedback, in term of their country. So, what's your opinion with e-commerce. Especially for Malaysian Mylotter... Did you ever had made any purchasing through the internet? What's your main concern when you dealing with e-commerce? Do you think e-commerce may change the way Malaysian shopers?
