I just read this today on yahoo that National Intelligence director Mike MacConnell is pushing for action in pakistan. He was testifying in Capitol hills washington on Tuesday, he stated that Laden and his second in command Ayman Zawahri are hiding in rugged frontiers of Pakistan. He wants tougher action taken to flush them out and to crub Al-Qaeeda! My question to everyone is with attack on Iran in the pipeline, is Pakistan going to be the next Muslim Country to be targeted by the US? what do you people think?

First, lets remember that the country being Muslims has nothing to do with why the US might want action there, other than the fact that Muslim countries have more terrorists in them. If the US hated Muslims, we wouldn't let them in our country or elect them to congress like we have.... Pakistan is technically a friend of the US, but they are not doing enough to curb terrorism or help find bin Laden and al-queda and their supporters in the Afghanistan border area of Pakistan. It most likely wouldn't involve any attack, but convincing Pakistan to help or let us go through and look for him. There wouldn't be animosity or hostility between the US and Pakistan, just cooperation or efforts against the third party. I am pretty sure Osama IS in Pakistan, and I am unhappy with what Pakistan is doing, or not, about terrorism.

If Pakistan keeps allowing the taliban and al queeda to hide there, I hope they blow the crap out of your country. These people are murdering innocent people every day, children and women, and if you support them, you will be considered terrorist, just like every Palestinian is.

Thats not rational thinking and might i say very racist of you! Pakistan is not allowing taliban and Al-Qaeeda as you put it, Al-Qaeeda is infiltrating pakistani borders and are supported by tribesman of the frontier (who are lawless men and hold alligence to no one), havent you seen the news lately? how pakistan army took action against suspected Al-Qaeeda targets in Waziristan? Sheikh Khalid Mehmood, who was a top Al-Qaeeda commander was apprehended by Pakistani intelligence and handed over to the CIA! without the cooperation of Pakistan, USA wouldnt have had dislodged Taliban from power in Afghanistan! For helping the Americans (which i think is the right thing to do) pakistan has become a key target for Al-Qaeeda attacks! Pakistan army has taken heavy casualities fighting Al-Qaeeda, what else do you people expect? arent these actions enough to prove that Paksitan doesnt support Al-Qaeeda? Every Palestinian is a terrorist? thats very myopic of you to think so! but its another topic! if you would like to discuss it i would be more than happy to do so! Anyways thanks for your opinion!
